Returns / Refunds / Replacements

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item is damaged or missing parts and has a major or minor problem for reasons not due to our error we will do our best to assist you, however we are not responsible to provide you with a refund, replacement or repair. (If Applicable)
If there is a minor problem with our print/s we can offer a free repair of the same print.

Refunds 
If there is a major problem with our print/s we can offer a refund or replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. You do not have to return products in the original packaging in order to receive a refund or replacement.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@destijlstudio.com.



Replacements
If there is a major problem with our product (due to our error) we can also provide you with a replacement. If you need to receive a replacement (for the exact same item), please send emails to returns@destijlstudio.com.


Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at returns@destijlstudio.com. We will then advise you of the returns addressYou may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless an item is damaged and has a major/minor problem for reasons due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable (If applicable). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (If applicable). If the item/s are damaged and/or has a major/minor problem (due to our error) we will be happy to pay for the return shipping cost :)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items to us. This option is to make sure the returned item is definitely received.

You are not necessarily entitled to a repair, refund or replacement. If you received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it then you are not necessarily guaranteed a repair, refund or replacement.

We are in no way responsible for third-party shipping/delivery companies and their product handling. If issues emerge with third party shipping companies, please reach out and we will be happy to assist and follow up.
